FAQ’s
What if I already have a Canva account?
To make the switch to Young Life Canva, you’ll need to cancel your current account (if paid. If free, you can simply sign up for our version with the same email!) This will only cancel your billing. You won’t lose any designs as your account will be transferred to the free version of Canva.
Once any billing is cancelled through Canva, sign up with this link for the Young Life version with the same email. Accept the Young Life invite and you’ll be able to toggle to our team and have access to all templates, fonts, etc.!
Can I share my account with others in
my area?
Our Canva account requires a separate license for each user. Everyone in your area can have their own subscription! To avoid paying for multiple licenses, we normally suggest having a shared login through a shared area email address.
How do I know if I’m already signed up?
You will know you’re a part of our team when you see Young Life in the upper left hand corner of your home screen. If you are not seeing our team after subscribing or want to check if your mission unit has an account, please email marketing@sc.younglife.org
